Distance or on site service - New technologies allow shortening the solving time of small interventions and figure out many of the problems arisen with no need of travelling.
Dedication and perseverance - The quality-price relationship is very important for Weelko. For this reason, a team of engineers and technicians constantly work to implement the product improvements during the manufacturing process, which is combined with quality controls before shipping.
Rafa, Jordi, Joan, Eric and David make up this department and they devote all their efforts to give short and long-term solutions, always with a lot of determination and good mood.
